Absolutely delighted to be a part of the first Working Age Forum for #Blind and #VisionImpaied people in #Ireland. It was organised by Breandan Ward. As always with this #diverse #TalentPool, the group possessed highly sought after #skills for the #JobMarket. We were #Health, #Financial, #Education and #STEM professionals. We discussed and shared the obstacles to #inclusion and the opportunities of #RemoteWorking.

We encounter and experience the #World and #WorkPlace, not just as #DisabledEmployees but as #VisionLoss #Humans.

Looking forward to meeting this #dynamic #resilient group again.
