We foster inclusive
cultures that empower
diversity to succeed
Clare is a trailblazer in Disability Inclusion in Cork and we were delighted to have her join VMware Cork’s ‘Power of Belonging’ breakfast seminar as keynote speaker. She spoke passionately about her goal to transform organizations into Inclusion Leaders and helped educate attendees on how we can empower ourselves to become ‘Disability Confident’ with colleagues & customers everywhere. Clare’s call to action to all companies was ‘Inclusive Leaders, please stand up. Let us know you are hiring’. We look forward to our continued collaboration with Clare

Clare participated in a Panel on Diversity and Inclusion which the IOB jointly hosted with Cork Chamber of Commerce. She was a fantastic panelist sharing her personal insights and practical advice. Clare helped us to understand what it’s like to be sight impaired using various pairs of glasses. This was really impactful, creating a strong empathy. Clare is really passionate about her work and helped to create a lively and stimulating discussion. Thanks Clare!

Clare delivered a high impact, passionate and extremely informative training session to staff at Cork English World. She is a dynamic trainer and can impart knowledge and awareness in a unique and insightful way. Without doubt one of the best training sessions I have ever experienced. Well done Clare and THANK YOU from everyone at CEW. We feel confident that we can be inclusive.

I worked with Clare Kennelly of Inclusive Cork to support the development of our Charter/Strategy and Awareness around Inclusive Leadership. Clare was a pleasure to work with. She developed a training plan to meet our needs which included team engagement, simulation glasses, cultural intelligence activity, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership and interaction. We also engaged in perceptual training and dined in the dark! Inclusive Leadership is now an academic Leadership Style with lots of books written on the topic. Clares programme development and training delivery was really excellent. I would highly recommend working with Clare to help instil Inclusive Leadership within your organisation.

Clare joined us as our guest speaker at the launch for a new Employee Resource Group - Alliance for Diverse Abilities at Depuy Synthes in June 2019. Clare spoke with eloquance, passion and courage. She is leading the way to ensure that we are retaining and recruiting talent with disabilities in Cork. Clare is providing the support that employers need to give them the confidence and tools to ensure they are attracting a diverse workforce which will in turn have a positive impact on the culture within our organisations. It was such a pleasure to have Clare on site with us and we look forward to welcoming her back in the near future.

We had Clare in to do a session with our students in the MSc in Design and Development of Digital Business. Our course is built on user centred design principles and Clare did a terrific job imparting the importance of accessibility and inclusivity. Clare mixed interesting and important facts with interactive empathy exercises which made for a very engaging session. I would highly recommend

Clare of Inclusive Cork facilitated online training for us recently in Cork Entrepreneurs Network to increase awareness and accessibility options to all inclusive online activities whilst most businesses are re-strategising to online during Covid-19. The information and delivery were extremely useful and insightful and left us all more aware and considerate going forward. It also left us all more positive and comfortable in trying to be more inclusive. I highly recommend Clare and would advise all businesses to take up this training.
Laura o' Connell, Cork Entrepreneur's Network
Clare is a fantastic speaker and really passionate about her work. Earlier this year she came into the masters in digital marketing strategy students where she gave us a fantastic insight into inclusivity in the workplace. Clare was also of great help to the students in providing extra resources to help them complete an individual project. I look forward to welcoming her back into the classroom again in the future.

"Clare Kennelly has tailored and delivered Disability Awareness Training to our teams. While the initial training was site based, Clare has subsequently delivered the content through Zoom meetings. These sessions focus on Disabilty Awareness, Mental Health and Neurodiversity and have been adjusted to account for the impact that Covid 19 has on all of us. A great addition to any organisation looking to change the dial on Disability in the workplace."
