Very proud to be a #MentalHealth advocate with Da Silly Heads. My hat arrived in the post today and what it says to the #world when I wear it, "I am a stigma free head".

We will be rolling out more workshops with Daniel O’Mahony and Michal Sikora. These are highly impactful trainings for all organisations. In these volatile, uncertain times we all need support and be reminded of the #Toolkits we possess.
